Dr. Fields is the author of the books "How to Achieve Educational Equity" (2021) and "Transfers & Open Enrollment: The Denigration of Black School Communities" (2023). He is also the co-founder of Black Males in Education St. Louis (BMESTL), EduOpenings.com, and The State of Black Educators Symposium.
