Hugh Evans, an Australian humanitarian, has dedicated his life to youth advocacy and volunteerism. Co-founder of The Oaktree Foundation and Global Citizen, his work has been recognized not only in his home country but also internationally. His endeavors have earned him a place in prestigious lists such as Forbes 30 Under 30 and Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People. His leadership as CEO of the Global Poverty Project further solidifies his commitment to global humanitarian efforts.

Evans has been trusted with the Executive Producer role for "One World: Together at Home" and "Global Citizen Live." Additionally, he was featured in a 2016 TED talk titled "What Does it Mean to be a Citizen of the World?" and has served as an invited speaker for numerous events, including the University's 127th Commencement and the WCU's campus effort.

His contributions to humanitarian efforts have been widely recognized through multiple accolades, such as Young Australian of the Year in 2004, GQ Man of the Year for Chivalry in 2014, Billboard magazine's Humanitarian of the Year in 2015, and the Diamond Ball Award in 2018. Most recently, he received The George H.W.
