Hunter Goodwin

Former Tight End, Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins

A success story built on hard work and tenacity, Hunter Goodwin propelled himself from walk-on to All Southwest Conference and Second Team All American as an offensive lineman at Texas A&M. A fourth round pick of the NFL's Minnesota Vikings, Hunter would spend nine years in the NFL as a tight end, twice being named a team captain and serving three years as an NFL Player's Representative. Hand selected by Miami Dolphin Head Coach Jimmy Johnson to bolster the team's running game, Goodwin did just that as a devastating blocker and locker room leader. Dubbed by ESPN as "the best blocking tight end in the league," Hunter was also named to the USA Today All-Joe Team.
