Ian Schrager is an entrepreneur, hotelier, and real estate developer. In 1984, Schrager introduced the world's first boutique hotel and more than 30 years later, his hotels still shake up the hospitality market with their stylish designs and attention to detail.

Originally, he gained fame as co-owner and co-founder of Studio 54, a world-famous New York nightclub.

Schrager holds a bachelor's degree from Syracuse University and a J.D. from St. John's University School of Law.
