Inez is a speaker, consultant and writer on Emotional Intelligence and Diversity & Inclusion. After leaving the corporate world to focus on raising her children, Inez began to independently study human behavior after receiving her graduate degree on Elementary Education from Rowan University. She has participated in numerous non-profit events and ran the Golf fore Kids tournament benefiting the Boys and Girls Club of Atlantic City for five years.

As a graduate from New York University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism, Inez continues to work as a celebrity correspondent for Millennium Magazine based out of New York City. She frequently travels throughout the world and connects with people from all diversities. Being of Puerto Rican and Chinese descent, she is writing her first book, "Stronger Together" that tells stories of how our world has more similarities than differences and recognizes the strength of our diversities and how we are all one.

Inez is an avid reader and continues to study each day and has earned a certificate for Women in Leadership from Cornell University and strongly believes in the importance of empowering all women. She looks to help people understand their unconscious biases and bring unity through one relationship at a time.
