Irina (28) is engaged in the civil sector, in diverse CSOs and International Networks more than 10 years. She is creative young person with great interest and extensive experience in youth work and leadership, social advertising, advocacy and community involvement. Irina holds BA in Communications Sciences and expects MA in Cultural Studies.The needs of the citizen and the initiatives for social change are her start and ending point.

Thus, her current position- External Communications Coordinator at CIRa, where she works on projects that promote social entrepreneurship, philanthropy and CSR and building of CSOs capacities, is logical extension of her civil activism.
