Izhar Gafni is an Israeli inventor and cycling enthusiast. He recently created a bicycle out of an unconventional material -- cardboard. In fact, the bike will have no metal parts at all. After years of perfecting a design, his prototype will hit mass production soon. He expects the bike to cost consumers around $20.
