Jacinta M. Jiménez, PsyD, BCC (also known as “Dr. J”) is a board-certified leadership coach and Stanford University-trained psychologist with over fifteen years of experience dedicated to the betterment of leaders and organizations. Her career encompasses the development of innovative coaching programs and technology, specifically designed to enhance individual and organizational resilience and mental health. Dr. Jiménez has worked with individuals in top organizations globally, including in Silicon Valley.

A graduate of Stanford University and the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium, Dr. Jiménez is recognized for bridging the fields of psychology and leadership. She regularly contributes to international news and TV outlets, including CNN/HLN, Business Insider, Forbes, and Fast Company. Her bestselling book, "The Burnout Fix" (McGraw Hill, 2021), not only debuted as a #1 New Release on Amazon but also won the getAbstract International Book of the Year Reader’s Choice Award in 2021, and was highlighted by Choosing Therapy as a Best Book on Burnout & Recovery for 2022.

Currently, as the Vice President of Coaching Innovation at BetterUp, Dr. Jiménez leads a global community of over 2,000 international Leadership Coaches across 58 countries. In this role, she continues to push the boundaries of coaching science and application. Her leadership and contributions in the field have earned her recognition as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in San Francisco for 2022 by Women We Admire.
