Jack B. Dunn has been Chief Executive Officer of FTI Consulting, Inc. since 1995. Mr. Dunn has served as a Director of the firm since 1992. In May 2004, he assumed the position of President, a position he also held from October 1995 to December 1998. Over that time, he has helped guide FTI Consulting from a small forensic consulting firm into one of the largest global business advisory firms with a range of services in corporate restructuring, turnaround, economics, forensic and litigation consulting, strategic communications, reputation management and other areas.

Experience

Mr. Dunn has been instrumental in directing FTI Consulting’s growth from $11 million in 1992 to $1.56 billion in annual revenues for the year ended December 31, 2011, maintaining compound annual growth rate of approximately 28 percent and guiding a robust acquisition strategy, international expansion and organic growth.

Mr. Dunn joined FTI Consulting as Chief Financial Officer following a 10-year career at the regional investment banking firm Legg Mason Wood Walker Inc., where he directed its corporate financing and investment banking activities. Prior to his investment banking career, Mr. Dunn practiced corporate and securities law.

Mr. Dunn received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Maryland School of Law.
