Jackie Glenn is the founder and CEO of Glenn Diversity Inclusion & HR Solutions, which provides diversity and inclusion consulting, executive coaching, and assistance to corporations implementing diversity and inclusion strategies and best practices. Glenn delivers strategic solutions and actively collaborates with clients to develop implementation plans that fit their unique needs.

She is the author of "​Lift As I Climb: An Immigrant Girl’s Journey Through Corporate America,​" where she shares how she went from nanny to Global Chief Diversity Officer for Dell/EMC, overseeing a workforce of 60,000 employees around the world.

Glenn sits on the boards of community and civic organizations such as the Children’s Services of Roxbury (MA), the African-American Museum of Boston, and the Overseers of Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital.

Glenn holds a bachelor's degree in Health Administration from Emmanuel College and a master's degree in Human Resource Management from Lesley University.
