Jaclyn Johnson is the Founder and CEO of Create & Cultivate, a media platform and nationwide conference aimed at female millennial entrepreneurs, which she launched in 2011. Prior to Create & Cultivate, Johnson launched her first company, (No Subject), at the age of 23. This creatively-driven marketing, influence, and event agency established itself as one of the go-to entities in Los Angeles, servicing clients such as Simon Malls, Westfield, L'Oreal Paris, Microsoft, and many others. (No Subject) was acquired in August 2016. Since then, Johnson has also founded New Money Ventures and invested in top female-owned startups, including Away.

Create & Cultivate has hosted over 100 events with notable speakers like Kim Kardashian West, Martha Stewart, and Meghan Markle, and reached an audience of 1 million millennial women. Johnson's work extends beyond organizing events; she is also an author and podcast host, with her book "WorkParty" and its accompanying podcast, featuring guests such as Kristen Bell and Sophia Bush.
