Jacqueline Rhinehart is the president and founder of Organic Soul Multicultural Marketing, Inc., a firm that integrates entertainment concepts into creative marketing and branding opportunities. A masterful omni-media strategist, she has created, developed and implemented memorable campaigns in the music, entertainment and lifestyle industries. She brings over 18 years of creative sales, media and marketing experience expertise in planning branded entertainment initiatives to the company, as well as a knowledge of multicultural and Internet marketing.

An outstanding visionary and innovator who’s had a successful career as a marketing and publicity executive for companies in music, publishing, and government, she has consistently produced results throughout the industry, launching profitable advertising and marketing campaigns for such artist as Nelly, Erykah Badu, P. Diddy’s Badboy Records, Boys II Men, Mary J. Blige, TLC, and many others.

Her experience in the music industry includes such positions as senior vice-president of marketing at Universal Music Group, the director of publicity at Arista Records, senior director of marketing and artist development at Uptown Records, director of artist development at Mercury/PolyGram Records and director of artist development at Hush productions. She is author of My Organic Soul: From Plato to Creflo, Emerson to MLK, Jesus to Jay-Z—A Journal to Help You Discover Yourself Through Words of Wisdom from Visionaries Past and Present set to be released in 2008.

Rhinehart is a member of the National Association of Female Executives, the National Association of Black Female Entertainment and Music Executives, a board member of the Living Legends Foundation, board member of Imara magazine, and a voting member of NARAS (The National Association of Recording Arts & Science).
