Focused on getting women behind camera in TV, Katz has worked with female clients who have written or directed both scripted comedies (Transparent, Modern Family, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) and late night shows (The Daily Show). One of her clients, Amber Ruffin--a scribe for Late Night with Seth Meyers--is the first African-American woman ever to write for a network late-night talk show.
