James Anderson    

Co-Founder of Los Mayores & Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC)

James Anderson is the co-founder of Los Mayores, a Latin-owned and inspired streetwear brand. Previously, Anderson served on the Coalition for Juvenile Justice, helped to co-found the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC), and served as a board member of the California State Advisory Committee on Juvenile Justice & Delinquency Prevention and the John M. Llyod Foundation.

Anderson has spoken extensively throughout the nation to raise awareness, inspire hope, and provide individuals with a different perspective on the motive of why youth become involved in delinquent behaviors.

Among his notable speaking engagements, he has been repeatedly invited back to the White House over the years as a speaker and expert on various human rights issues and has met with high-ranking political officials, including President Barack Obama. One of his key messages is that it is never too late for someone to change. With a new focus on social entrepreneurship and youth engagement, Anderson is now focused on creating a new innovative program that will serve as a launching point for future world leaders.

Anderson is a double honors UCLA graduate, where he majored in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations.
