James E. Horn

Veteran, Author and Retired American Diplomat with a Successful Background in Counter Terrorism, Embassy and Diplomatic Security and Counter Intelligence

James E. (Jim) Horn is a speaker and an author. James is a Vietnam era veteran (Navy). He served our nation overseas for 25 years as a diplomat assigned to American embassies in many places, mostly in the third world. He has been decorated for VALOR (civilian award) for actions he took on the battlefield in Cambodia in 1975.

James held the highest levels of TOP SECRET security clearances with special code word access to Sensitive compartmentalized Intelligence (SCI). His duties included Counter Intelligence, Counter-Terrorism, Embassy security, and many other roles in small, remote embassies where multiple duties are a part of one’s assignment. He was especially selected and trained as a Hostage Negotiator. James has been seconded on special assignments to other agencies such as the Secret Service (VIP-Presidential Security details), the CIA and others.

James’ topics include national security, political Islam, Islamic terrorism and other related subjects. James is a target for harassment and abuse by the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and others related to the Moslem Brotherhood of North America. Private intelligence has revealed that certain Islamists have actively discussed ways to “silence” Horn. There are fatwas prohibiting Moslems from reading his books.

James lived in Islam dominated societies for over a decade and has come to thoroughly know and understand Islam far better than most. He has published books about Islam that are based on facts, history and writings of Islamic scholars as well as the Koran, the Sira and the Hadiths.
