On a personal note I remember when I was 10 years old going door to door selling newspaper subscriptions. Looking back on it now, I was way too young to be going door to door. I would guess that was my first attempt at a career in sales. When I was fifteen years old I began writing poetry and vocalizing profound thoughts and ideas that made my parents think I was not right in the head. I was in therapy for a few years put on Ritalin and after thousands of dollars spent and countlesshours of shrinks all they got back was that I was testing at a genius level. At age 17 I began writing in a journal after hearing Jim Rohn speak, and I still keep one to this day. By age 22 I started working for my parents who were successful top producers in the real estate industry. In 1993 I got my license, I got married, and my ambition took me right to the top in sales for the company. Along the way I bought every self improvement course, attended every possible seminar and listened to every trainer from Mike Ferry, Zig Ziglar, Og Mandino, Floyd Wickman, Napoleon Hill, Anthony Robbins, L. Ron Hubbard, Deepak Chopra, the list goes on and on. I became a very successful agent and for many years, I was winning all the fancy awards and living the good life. After nearly 4 years of marriage, it failed and I drove away from that life in a small truck and left the rest of my belongings behind to go live by the shore and be a beach bum. That lasted 6 months.

By late 1999, I was reunited with my high school sweet heart. Soon after I was a father of 3, with a successfully revived career and all the toys I wanted again. In 2008 the real estate market took a dive and I became an even bigger success in the foreclosure and short sale market. Once again, my health and family began to suffer from my workaholism. This time I decided to get my body and life back so I began to train to run my first marathon and spend more time with the family. I did just that. In2009 I began an obsessive pursuit of learning the new medias like YouTube, and social networks likeFacebook and Twitter. Itbecame such a part of everyday life and I love technology so it was not difficult. In 2011 I began a pioneering effort in the field of understanding self awareness. With a mobile camera phone I began to broadcast my life 24 hours a day 7 days a week for one year. In January, I committed to pursuing my passion in speaking and training. In February, I lost my father to cancer and my mother to heart failure in the same 10 day period.A week later my oldest sister failed at a suicide attempt that left her with the mind of a 10 year old and institutionalized for life.

Fast forward to the summer of 2012. With a 4th child on the roster, my ambition, knowledge and experience in life, lead me in a pursuit to enrich other peoples lives. I now continue to pursue my real estate career and being a trainer and a motivational speaker. I produce a popular article (blog), Produce videos (YouTube) that gets tons of hits, and a syndicated radio show (podcast), that is consumed by a great crowd of followers.
