Jamie Chung is the senior vice president and general counsel of US eCommerce for Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. In this role, Chung is responsible for managing all legal matters affecting Walmart US eCommerce, including Jet.com, Hayneedle, Shoebuy.com, Moosejaw, and ModCloth.

Prior to joining Walmart in May 2011, Chung served as senior vice president and general counsel of the AAA of Northern California, Nevada, and Utah. Prior to joining AAA in July 2004, she was a partner in the national law firm Cooley LLP, where she focused on advising public companies on corporate governance, securities law and transactional matters.

In 2012, Jamie was awarded a Women Worth Watching award by the Profiles in Diversity Journal. In 2016 she was named one of the Women Leaders in Tech Law by The Recorder.

Chung holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Pomona College. Jamie is a member of the Board of Directors of Asian/Pacific Islander American Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship.
