Jane Chen is the co-founder and CEO of Embrace, a social enterprise that has developed a groundbreaking infant incubator designed to assist premature and low birth-weight babies. This innovative and cost-effective solution, which replaces expensive traditional incubators, has saved over 300,000 babies across 20 different countries. Embrace Innovations further expands its impact with the launch of "Little Lotus," a new line of baby products in the US that employs technology to maintain optimal infant temperature. For every product sold, a reusable Embrace infant warmer is donated to a developing country.

Chen is a celebrated TED Speaker and has been named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum. Her recognition includes being named on Forbes' Impact 30 list and receiving awards such as the Economist Innovation Award, Fast Company Design Award, and being honored as the Social Entrepreneur of the Year by the World Economic Forum in 2013. Additionally, she has been acknowledged by Real Leaders as one of the Top 50 Keynote Speakers in the world in 2022.

Chen holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Beyond her professional achievements, she is an avid surfer and meditator. Chen is also in the process of writing her first book, sharing insights from her journey in entrepreneurship and the lessons learned from her extensive experience in developing innovative healthcare solutions that have a global impact.
