One Lump or Two? How To Sweeten Any Deal

13th Century law set out to control bakers cheating their customers with undersized bread. The penalties for doing so became extremely draconian and the effect was that bakers were desperate to show they were not swindling - and took to giving 13 rolls when a customer asked for 12 (now known as a Baker’s Dozen). Jane helps the audience to consider ways they can delight and over-deliver to clients - ie, what are their Baker’s Dozen methods for customer retention? This can apply to staff retention too. Every communication counts and Jane will leave you inspired to treasure each person with whom you interconnect.
