Jane True is Vice President for mRNA Commercial Strategy and Innovation at Pfizer, directing a team responsible for mRNA platform, pipeline, and product strategy. She is also Global Pandemic Security Lead at the company, steering the charge on preparing the global community for future pandemics and achieving pandemic security. True has worked in the pandemic preparedness and medical countermeasures space since just before the 2009 H1N1 pandemic.

Previously, True was Vice President of Commercial Development at Seqirus, responsible for portfolio and pipeline strategy, including mRNA and commercial strategy. She was also responsible for global market access, competitive intelligence, and commercial analytics. True earlier worked in providing strategic, operational, and analytical support as an independent consultant and with PwC and Capgemini Consulting.

True is a graduate of Binghamton University, where she received her bachelor's and masters degrees in music, and of New York University's Stern School of Business, where she earned her MBA.
