Jarik E. Conrad, EdD, SPHR, is Senior Director at Human Capital Management and was previously President of The Conrad Consulting Group, LLC, a leadership/ human resource consulting firm. He has broad experience across a number of industries that include transportation, retail, food and beverage, financial services, sports, nonprofits, chemicals and aerospace companies.

He has been an adjunct professor at Jacksonville University and regularly teaches in the department of continuing education at the University of North Florida.  Dr. Conrad received his Doctor of Education degree from University of North Florida. He graduated with a B.A. from the University of Illinois. He also holds an M.B.A. from the Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University and an M.I.L.R. from the Graduate School of Industrial & Labor Relations at Cornell University. Dr. Conrad is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). 

Some of Dr. Conrad's other professional and community activities include the Board of Directors positions for the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM), OneJax, Community Connections, Meninak and 100 Black Men of Jacksonville. He is also a member of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), American Educational Research Association (AERA), Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (ASCD), Academy of Management, Kappa Alpha Psi, Sigma Pi Phi, Phi Lambda Theta National Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society, Blueprint for Leadership (Advisory Committee) and Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2005. He was honored as an "Up and Comer" in Jacksonville in 2005.  Dr. Conrad is the co-author of The Masters of Successwith notable authors Ken Blanchard, Jack Canfield, and John Christensen.
