Jason Bosinoff is the engineering manager for growth at Airbnb, where he leads the team in charge of building out all of Airbnb’s growth channels including SEM, SEO, referrals, email, and social sharing. With the goal of making Airbnb truly international and radically local, the growth team manages first-time user experiences (e.g. the homepage), site translation, localization, and international website performance.

Prior to joining Airbnb last year, Jason was VP of Engineering at TrialPay, building a global transactional advertising platform.
