As one of the leaders of Anomaly, Jason DeLand sets the global vision for the agency. Since co-founding Anomaly at the age of 27, the business has grown nationally and globally with six offices worldwide and over 600 people. Its success recently earned Advertising Age’s highest recognition, 2017’s Agency of the Year. Jason is a founding member and board member for the Anomaly-fuelled IP Venture hmbldt, recognised for innovation and leadership in the medicinal cannabis space. Jason is a board member of DREAM in Harlem NYC and was recognised by Adweek as one of the 20 most influential under-40s in 2012.
