After graduating from Western University with a bachelor's in Business Management, trekking through Asia and working with Lululemon Athletica in Australia and New Zealand, Field returned home to Toronto in 2012 to co-found a technology school. Today, BrainStation trains over 25,000 aspiring technologists annually through the Americas with a curriculum from web and mobile development to UI design. BrainStation uses a blended learning model; students prep online to focus more on hands-on instruction in the classroom. The company was acquired by Konrad Group, a full-service technology firm, in 2014.
