Jason Giles is the VP of Product Design at UserTesting. Prior to starting work with UserTesting, Giles worked in web design and user experience (UX) design at Microsoft, eventually becoming the XBOX's Principal Design Manager.

Giles is an expert in UX design, interaction design, user experience, human-computer interaction, usability testing and information architecture. He has spent his career developing UX process and culture within large, complex organizations.

He is driven to develop the next generation of design leaders and use his experience to inspire and unite teams with a shared purpose. He employs design methods to address real business challenges; be it business strategy, change management, or cultural development. Focusing on the strengths of individuals, his teams grow to challenge each other with a shared purpose.
