Fail Spectacularly! Don't be afraid to live your story.

Jason takes people out of their analytical, functionally-oriented comfort zones and get them to confront the emotional reality of leadership, which is: knowing the answer does not guarantee success as a leader.

Jason's ability to take audiences on this journey comes from a combination of deep expertise, warm, comfortable stage presence, and engaging, improvisational, style. The result is "expertainment" that touches audiences, gets them thinking, and most of all, gets them changing key behaviors.

Clients from across a wide range of industries have enjoyed demonstrable and sustainable top- and bottom-line results from their engagements with Jason. These companies range in size from venture-funded start ups to the Fortune 500.

Jason is the author of two career books, including the award-winning How to Self-Destruct: Making the Least of What's Left of Your Career (Trestle Publishing, 2008), and Super Staying Power: What You Need to Be Valuable & Resilient at Work (McGraw-Hill, 2010).

Jason holds an MBA (with dual concentrations in Organizational Behavior and Finance) from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, and a Bachelor in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. He has studied at The Second City's Training Center in Chicago and has taught leadership at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jason is also an advisor to SmartBrief Workforce and a member of both the National Speakers Association and the International Coach Federation.
