Jason Riis is an Assistant Professor of Business Administration in the Marketing Unit at the Harvard Business School.

He holds B.Sc. and M.A. degrees in Psychology from the University of Toronto and a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Michigan.

Prior to joining HBS, Professor Riis was on the faculty at New York University’s Stern School of Business where he taught Introduction to Marketing. He has also been a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University’s Center for Health and Wellbeing.

At HBS, he teaches the first-year MBA course in Marketing.
