Jason Walker is an HR industry veteran, talent advisor, and global speaker who aids businesses in transforming their people practices and policies in today's rapidly evolving work environment. Walker, the Chief People Officer and Founder of Thrive HR Consulting has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the human resources sector.
In 2020, Walker, alongside his partner Rey Ramirez, established Thrive HR Consulting. This Austin, TX, and Denver-CO-based HR advisory firm supplements HR needs for organizations, offering fractional HR services in all aspects of HR. Some of their key offerings include executive coaching, mergers and acquisitions, employee relations, diversity and inclusion and belonging, compliance, payroll, global HR expertise, talent acquisition, and digital workforce transformation. Thrive's unique model benefits companies that require expertise and guidance but do not require full-time support. Walker earned a BA in Political Science from San Jose State University. He also holds a Master's in Human Resource Development from the University of San Francisco and an Executive Management Certification from the University of Texas at Austin.
