Former NFL Quarterback For The Chicago Bears & The Miami Dolphins

Jay Cutler is a former football quarterback who played in the NFL for 12 seasons, primarily for the Chicago Bears. He played Collegiate football at Vanderbilt University. While at Vanderbilt, Cutler was a three-year captain, setting school career records for total offense, touchdown passes, passing yards, pass completions and pass attempts. Cutler began his professional football career with the Denver Broncos, who selected him with the 11th overall pick of the 2006 NFL Draft. He spent three seasons with the Broncos and was selected to the Pro Bowl. He was traded to the Bears in 2009.

In May of 2008, Cutler announced that he had been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes and needed daily insulin shots. Cutler works with Dedicated to Diabetes, which is an organization that aims to improve public knowledge about diabetes.
