Jay Rasulo is senior executive vice president and chief financial officer for The Walt Disney Company, overseeing worldwide finance, corporate strategy and development, brand management, acquisitions, alliances, investor relations, treasury and risk management activities, controller functions, information systems, corporate outreach, real estate and taxes. Rasulo was previously chairman of Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, where he oversaw a major expansion of the California Adventure at Disneyland Resort and Hong Kong Disneyland. He was also the principal architect of the Disney Cruise Line's growth. Prior to becoming head of Disney Parks and Resorts, he greatly improved the operating performance of Disneyland Paris, now the No. 1 tourist destination in Europe. Rasulo was inducted into the Travel Industry Hall of Leaders and is a past chairman of the Travel Industry Association of America. He holds a bachelor's degree from Columbia University as well as an M.A. in economics and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
