A family practice physician since 1990, Dr. Jay Winner is the founder of the stress management program for the largest medical clinic in Santa Barbara, CA and a program director and instructor since 1992. Dr. Winner was also the Chairman of Patient Education for the Sansum Clinic, and the former Medical Director of Health South, Santa Barbara as well as Medical Director of Day-to-Day Health (a national employee health newsletter).
