MOST REQUESTED TOPICS:

The Leader as Sponsor of Change

Leadership plays a key role in change. "Better, faster, cheaper" is becoming a standard operating principle among organizations that want to remain competitive. While leadesr try to stay focused on building a clear vision for the future and making sure it happens they are confronted with increasing pressure to become more involved in change initiatives. Leaders can't just articulate a vision and then rely on their staff to deliver the changes required. The staff, as change agents, cannot succeed on their own.

Senior Executives and Middle Management will come away from this presentation with an understanding of how to apply Managed Change™ to increase the success rate of their changes.

What You Can do to Ensure Successful Change

Managing change. Sounds a bit like organizing sand. How do you manage something that doesn't stay put? For sand, add a little water. For major organizational change, it's a bit more complicated. But it can be done.

This program will prepare your mid-managers, project teams and change agents to become effective agents of change. It focuses on building their knowledge of the change process, ability to use a proven set of tools, and the skill to prepare workable plans for guiding your organization through the change process.

Getting a Return on Your Change Management Investment

Hard economic times call for much needed changes. Those changes will meet resistance despite their necessity and require strong change management strategy and tactics. Senior Management requires a clear statement o the value of change management in hard dollar terms inorder to assure the effort to manage change is worth the investment. By presenting results that show a clear line of sight between well managed change and the business results you can show that hard dollar value in two ways:

    * Qualitative analysis represents the experiential (anecdotal) evidence of successful change accomplished faster and better as a result of applying change management.

    * Quantitative analysis represents the fact based, data driven measure of the return on the investment made to manage the change.

LEARNING & SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS

Managed Change™ Workshop

The Managed Change Workshop identifies the natural organizational resistance that typically stands in the way of successful implementations of change initiatives. With the concepts behind them, the L&A Facilitator then provide a thorough introduction to Managed Change approach, process, model and tools for minimizing individual and organizational resistance and accelerating acceptance.

Six Sigma and Managed Change™ Workshop

Six Sigma is a powerful tool for creating important changes in an organization. It can be even more powerful when the Black Belts address the organizational resistance, complementing the DMAIC and DMEDI processes with a project change management strategy and a set of supporting change management action steps.

Change Agent Certification

The Change Agent Certification is an intermediary skills development program that focuses on helping Change Agents develop their skills in applying the strategy, tools and tactics of Managed Change. Because each participant will have already been applying Managed Change in their daily work, we leverage their collective experience by focusing on their current projects. Competency in applying the basic Managed Change tools will be tested prior to certification.

Master of Managed Change® Certification

The first of three "Masters" skills and competency development programs, the Master of Managed Change® Certification is offered for Practitioners of Managed Change™ whose jobs require them to:

    * Lead the organizational change management effort on major projects.

    * Coach others (Sponsors, Change Agents and Targets of change) on effectively applying the Managed Change™ process on change initiatives.

This challenging two-phased program provides the candidate the opportunity to:

    * Take a deep-dive into the logic and methodology behind the Managed Change™ process from the perspective of the "Coach". (Level I)

    * Demonstrate his/her competency in applying the Managed Change™ process, model and tools on a major project. (Level II).
