Ms. Jackson has been an Independent Director of McDonald's Corp. since 1999, The Kraft Heinz Company since July 2015 and Motorola Mobility Holdings, Inc. since January 2011. She serves as a Director of CRS Retail Technology Group, Inc. She served as a Director of Caesars Entertainment Corporation from April 2008 to April 15, 2009 and NIKE, Inc., from November 2001 to March 2009. She served as an Independent Director of Kraft Foods Group, Inc. from October 1, 2012 to July 2, 2015. She served as an Independent Director of Nordstrom Inc. from 2002 to March 22, 2009. She served as a Director of Williams-Sonoma Inc. from 2003 to November 30, 2006. She served as the President of the United States Ski and Snowboard Foundation Board of Trustees. she served on the Board of Advisors of the University of California, Irvine and Harvard Graduate School of Business. She served on the Boards of the Orange County Performing Arts Center and Sage Hill School of Orange County, California. She is a recognized industry leader, with profiles in Business Week's “Top 25 Managers of the Year,“ Fortune's “The Fifty Most Powerful Women in American Business,“ and “America's Most Influential Women“ by Vanity Fair.
