Jeff Beals uniquely diverse career makes him the ideal person to reveal and explain the secrets of effective self marketing. As a commercial real estate executive, radio and television talk show host, former newspaper columnist and part-time college professor, Beals understands how to synthesize wide-ranging experiences into one very successful career.

Keynote speaker Jeff Beals currently serves as Vice President of Coldwell Banker Commercial World Group, a commercial real estate company, which provides brokerage and property management services to clients in Nebraska and Iowa.

Along with Trenton Magid, he is co-host of Grow Omaha, a popular weekly talk-show on News Radio 1110 KFAB. He is also host of a weekly television show on WOWT, an NBC affiliate. As a freelance writer, he has published more than 200 articles in national and local periodicals. Beals is a professional member of the National Speakers Association.

Since 2003, he has served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where he teaches a real estate sales and leasing course in the College of Business Administration.

Before entering the real estate profession in 2001, Beals served as Dean of Student Affairs and Director of Enrollment Management at Clarkson College. In 1993-94, he worked as Assistant Director of Admissions at The College of Santa Fe in New Mexico.

Beals holds a Master of Arts degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Journalism degree both from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In addition to his active career, Beals finds time to stay involved in his community and his career field. He and his wife Stephanie have two children, Jack and Maddie.
