Jeff Bloomfield is a former sales and marketing executive, entrepreneur, author, and cancer survivor. He is also the founder and CEO of BrainTrust.

Bloomfield is passionate about neuroscience and he teaches others what he's learned about the biology, psychology, and physiology of the brain, and how to apply those learnings in a simple and understandable way to be more impactful communicators.

In one of his corporate leadership roles, Bloomfield led a team to launch a drug for brain cancer and, as he poured over neuroscience articles, learned how the brain actually processes information to activate things like trust, connection, and decision-making. There’s a science behind successful companies and successful people. In Bloomfield's keynote speeches and through his work with BrainTrust, he helps clients dramatically improve results by the way they create their strategy, develop, and deliver their story and deploy that message with flawless execution. It doesn’t have to be rocket science, but as it turns out, it is neuroscience.

Bloomfield is also an author, with books such as 2020's "NeuroSelling: Mastering the Customer Conversation Using the Surprising Science of Decision Making" and 2014's "Story-Based Selling: Create, Connect, and Close."

Bloomfield, who grew up on a hundred-acre farm in Ohio, was the first person in his family to earn a college degree.
