Jeff joined the company 1996 and took over Internet operations in 2003. Nebraska Furniture Mart, a Berkshire Hathaway company, already was known for legendary low prices, selection and service—features Jeff highlighted in transforming the retailer's formerly static web site into a fully-enabled e-commerce site. Since launching e-commerce in 2006, NFM.com has enjoyed double-digit sales growth.
