Jeff Greenstein      

Jeff Greenstein is an American television writer, producer and director. His credits include Desperate Housewives, Parenthood, Will & Grace, Partners, Friends and Dream On.

He also wrote and directed the Series 1 finale of the BBC3 comedy Way to Go.

Greenstein was born in Atlanta, Georgia, attended The Lovett School and Riverwood High School, and graduated from Tufts University in 1984 with a self-designed major in filmmaking and choreography.

He is a member of the Writers Guild of America and Directors Guild of America.

Greenstein has been nominated for numerous Emmy awards, Producers Guild awards, Writers Guild awards and CableACE awards.

He won the 2000 Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series as a co-executive producer of Will & Grace, sharing the award with David Kohan, Max Mutchnick, James Burrows, Alex Herschlag, Adam Barr, Jhoni Marchinko and Tim Kaiser.

In 2009 Greenstein received the P.T. Barnum Award from Tufts University for his exceptional work in the field of media and entertainment.
