For eleven seasons, Jeff Kemp was a National Football League quarterback with the Los Angeles Rams, San Francisco 49ers, the Seattle Seahawks and the Philadelphia Eagles. He delivered his best performances in 1984 when he quarterbacked the Rams and led them to the playoffs and in 1986, where he threw eleven touchdowns for the 49ers in six games. Jeff started out as a free agent and persevered to an 11 year career. Jeff Kemp learned, applied and now passes on many dynamic lessons from the world of athletics and pro football - lessons about persistence, vision, team communication, relationship-based leadership and success. Jeff and his father, Jack Kemp, are one of the only four sets of fathers and sons who have played quarterback in the NFL. His father Jack was a former U.S. Congressman, Secretary of the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and ran for Vice President in 1996. After quarterbacking in the NFL, Jeff Kemp, with a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College, as well as an MBA with honors from Pepperdine University School of Business, moved on to strengthen families. He is Founder and President of Stronger Families, a leading non-profit organization in the emerging national marriage and healthy family movement. They unite communities in strategies to prevent family breakdown and strengthen cultural and individual support for marriage. In his position, Jeff Kemp networks with leaders from all segments of society- business, community, military, government, religious and media - casting a vision for a marriage movement and improved family life. Jeff Kemp serves as Senior Fellow for the Marriage and Family Foundation and is on the steering committee for the Marriage CoMission. Both groups promote collaboration in a movement to promote and strengthen marriages so that more children grow up with the benefits of their married mother and father. He has served on the Executive Committee of Pro Athletes Outreach which trains professional athletes to be responsible leaders and role models. Jeff has published articles in The Seattle Times, USA Today magazine, American Enterprise magazine as well as several other publications. He has a daily radio feature, Family Matters, heard on over 60 stations, and is host of an internet relationship show, Stronger Families Live with Jeff Kemp. The Kemp's make their home in Redmond, Washington. Jeff and his wife Stacy work closely with newly married couples and cherish their family time together. They are the parents of Kyle, Kory, Kolby and Keegan.
