Kortes is the founder of Human Asset Management LLC which helps organizations to recruit, engage, develop and retain talent. He is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) through the National Speakers Association and a frequent speaker on the topics of employee retention, recruitment strategy, and culture building.
