Jeff Kortes has more than 25 years experience in human resources. He has worked at companies that specialize in manufacturing, construction, food processing and software development. During his career he has worked to recruit, retain and develop employees at companies such as SPX, Midas International and ConAgra Foods.
Kortes is the founder of Human Asset Management LLC which helps organizations to recruit, engage, develop and retain talent. He is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) through the National Speakers Association and a frequent speaker on the topics of employee retention, recruitment strategy, and culture building. His C.R.A.P. Philosophy (Caring, Respect, Appreciation and Praise) approach has helped organizations reduce employee turnover by 40-80%.
