Jeff McLean is the President of ghSMART, a leadership advisory firm whose mission is to help the world’s highest performing CEOs, boards, and investors build valuable companies. With a team of nearly 200 exceptionally talented individuals, ghSMART uses its expertise in human behavior and strategy to solve the most critical business leadership challenges including executive team selection and development, CEO succession, M&A diligence, and organizational change initiatives.

As President, Jeff is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the firm, maintaining and improving their world-class culture, supporting their team, and developing client solutions. He continues to serve clients, helping to solve their most critical business leadership challenges.

For many years, Jeff served as a fighter pilot and test pilot in the U.S. Navy, where he completed three deployments aboard aircraft carriers. He is proud to serve as a Board Trustee for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Milwaukee.
