He has sold in three major industries, managed a sales force of 32 and has started and run four businesses. Jeff has served as the Vice President of Professional Development for Brian Tracy International where he managed a coaching program consisting of top sales people making an average of $335,000 per year. For over four years, Jeff studied the performance techniques of the world's top athletes as Sr. Vice President of LGE Performance Systems in Orlando, FL.

Winning Sales Habits, co-authored with speaker and best-selling author Peter McLaughlin, takes sales training to the next dimension. Through years of working with corporate sales teams, over 1000 interviews with top producers and the latest research on performance, Jeff has broken down the qualities of sales performance into daily actions that can be tracked and become automatic.

Jeff has conducted more than 1500 presentations to industry leaders like American Express, Hilton and Merrill Lynch. He has spoken to groups as large as 5000 and worked with Tony Robbins, Brian Tracy, Mark Victor Hansen and Og Mandino.

With every presentation, Jeff conducts extensive interviews with the meeting planner and key members of the audience. Each program is designed to address the specific needs of that group, customized for maximum results and presented in a fun and entertaining style.
