Jeff is the Founder and CEO of GeoVisual Analytics, in Boulder, CO, where he has led development of GeoVisual’s OnSight platform for precision agriculture. Before founding GeoVisual, Jeff was a Lead Program Manager at Microsoft, where he directed a team to develop and deploy the Bing Maps Server, a private-cloud version of Microsoft’s Bing Maps that today is the mapping platform for New York City's counter-terrorism Domain Awareness System. As the Senior Scientist at another Boulder startup, Jeff helped develop seismic data analysis and imaging technologies that were sold to a Chevron-backed company that is now a leader in real-time monitoring of hydrofracture operations worldwide. Jeff holds a Ph.D. in Physics and has served as an AAAS Science and Technology and Policy Fellow at the U.S. Agency for International Development.
