Jenn McClain is responsible for all of the online marketing programs that drive traffic to Chicos.com, WhiteHouseBlackMarket.com and Soma.com. These programs include e-mail, paid search, banner ad/display programs, mobile marketing, comparison shopping and affiliates/partnerships. Prior to joining Chico's, Jenn held online marketing positions at Ann Taylor and RadioShack. She holds a BS from Quinnipiac University and an MBA from the University of Texas-Austin.
