Jennifer Gulbrand is a builder of heart-centered communities and safe, supportive containers designed to hold space for growth and healing. She founded the WeBreathe Wellness Center and SheBreathes Soul Stories Movement to raise the collective vibration and help heal the human heart.
Gulbrand also founded the WeBreathe WellBeing Soul Sanctuary, a 501c3 Non-Profit, in 2023 to address the mental health crisis and provide increased access to well-being programs and resources to all who need support. She believes everyone deserves to be well.
Gulbrand is a Trauma-Informed Somatics Therapy Practitioner, HeartMath-certified Well-Being Coach, and Holistic Healer. She is also a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Breathwork Facilitator, RYT200hr, and Sound Healer who is in the process of receiving an EMDR Certification.
Gulbrand empowers people to live in better alignment with their true nature. She combines the power of storytelling with positive psychology, mindfulness, meditation, breath work, somatic movement, integrated energy, and vibrational sound healing to improve client's well-being and return them to a state of whole-body well-being.
