Jennifer Howard is the managing director of global marketing solutions where she leads Facebook’s relationships with marketers in the entertainment, media & technology industries. Howard's teams help marketers drive business results using the full family of Facebook’s apps and services.

Howard built the Emerging Disruptors group at Facebook. Similar to a startup accelerator, this specialized team focuses on developing companies through marketshare acceleration, new product expansion, competitive differentiation, and mobile optimization.

Prior to Facebook, Howard spent 12 years at Google where she held senior sales leadership positions across many industries including Education, Business-to-Business, Automotive and Technology. Jennifer spent 7 years with the Advertising & Communications Division of Monster Worldwide where she held a variety of positions in sales, product marketing and operations. Howard completed extensive international assignments and was instrumental in spearheading the company’s growth in Spain, England, Germany and Ireland.

Howard served on the Board of Directors for the Business Marketing Association from 2008-2011 and was a regular keynote speaker at BMA Events.
