Jennifer Tejada

CEO of PagerDuty; Women in Technology Advocate & Enterprise Software Expert

Jennifer Tejada is the CEO of PagerDuty, the leading digital operations management platform for businesses. The company counts more than half of the Fortune 50 as its customers. It has also doubled its headcount a couple of times in the first two years she joined , and many of its employees (upwards of 45 percent) are women, as well as engineers from more diverse backgrounds than you might see at a typical Silicon Valley startup. That’s no accident. Diversity breeds diversity, in Tejada’s view, and diversity is good for business.

She is a veteran software industry executive and business leader, and previously served as CEO of Keynote Systems and Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer at Mincom. She also spent seven years at Proctor & Gamble as a Director. She is currently a board member of The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. (NYSE: EL) and Puppet, Inc. Jennifer holds a B.S. from University of Michigan.
