As executive vice president, human resources, Jennifer Weber is responsible for the global human resources strategy practices and operations that enable Lowe’s to attract, motivate, develop and retain outstanding associates. She also oversees Lowe’s public relations, corporate communications, community relations, and events planning and execution. Jennifer joined Lowe’s in 2016.

Before joining Lowe’s, Jennifer served as executive vice president of external affairs and strategic policy at Duke Energy. Previously, she was Duke Energy’s chief human resources officer. She has more than 25 years of experience in human resources strategy, compensation and benefits, leadership development, strategic communications and change management.

Jennifer is the president and chair of Lowe’s Foundation. She serves on the board of the Institute for Emerging Issues and as the chair of the Charlotte Regional Business Alliance. Jennifer earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and marketing from Miami University and a master’s degree in public policy and management from Carnegie Mellon University.
