Jens Riegelsberger is the product design and research director at Google, a position in which he leads global user experience teams. Before starting in his current role at Google, Riegelsberger was a senior UX Manager, a UX manager and a UX researcher for Google. He is passionate about enabling creativity through user empathy.

Prior to beginning his work with Google he conducted research for LBi, Microsoft Research, Apple and Amazon. He also taught as a guest professor at the University of the Arts in Berlin.

Riegelsberger holds a PhD in Human Computer Interaction from University College London (UCL).
