McGowan is a motivational leader with a proven track record of steering organizations and individuals to the next level of growth with his inspiring vision, practical execution, and ability to build high performance teams across a wide spectrum of industries. Jeremy has an exceptional ability to forge innovative marketing strategies, build lucrative partnerships and anticipate growth across multiple sites. More importantly, he is very astute at recruiting and cultivating effective teams of highly motivated talent. Most recently, Jeremy served in the capacity of Managing Member for Community Gas Partners (CGP), where he was tasked with providing the overall vision, processes, and thought leadership for this rapidly expanding oil and Natural Gas Company. As Managing Member of CGP he was directly responsible for the day-to-day business operations, marketing, and investor relations, turning the company into a multi-million dollar grossing company in less than two years. Prior to serving as the Managing Member of Community Gas Partners, Jeremy was the Managing Member of Argos Exploration, LLC., an oil and natural gas leasing company nestled in the Appalachian Basin area of West Virginia which specialized in Coal Bed Methane acquisitions. Jeremy led Argos Exploration from its initial start-up to a successful name in the industry; finally brokering the sale of the company to one of its largest competitors. Jeremy has been honored with numerous military awards for top performance and has served overseas in Panama, Columbia, Ecuador, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Jordan and held Top-Secret Security Clearances. During his time in the United States Air Force, Jeremy served 12 years with the Security Police. In addition to the normal state-side and deployed duties of a Security Police Officer, he was attached to various deployed operating units from Joint Special Operations Command, the Drug Enforcement Agency, and the Department of Energy. While serving with the 4404th Tactical Wing (Provisional) he was responsible for conducting Vulnerability Assessments for both the Tiger Team and the Downing Commission. His duties were the direct physical inspection of various forward operating locations in the Middle East throughout Saudi Arabia and Kuwait (Taif, Dhahran, Khamis Mushayt, Jeddah, Riyadh in Saudi Arabia and Camp Doha, KCIA, and the beginnings of Al Jaber in Kuwait). Through his expert performance, these assessments contributed to an overall directional change in US and Allied Military Operations in the Middle East. During an incident while on active duty, Jeremy tore his chemical warfare suit and immediately began working on a method to mitigate the issue. After leaving the Air Force, Jeremy was awarded a United States Patent (#6,787,680) for his invention of a "Wound Dressing Impervious to Chemical and Biological Warfare Agents" and was inducted into the National Inventors Hall of Fame.
